Review Time
I ordered a Christmas jumper, believing it would be delivered from the UK within 24 hours. They are actually based in Santa Fe, USA. Customer service is unhelpful; they respond but don't address questions. I might receive my jumper in January, but who knows?
This company claims to be UK-based, yet items are supposedly made by veterans. Their advertising suggests a British style, but they are actually a Chinese company that takes an eternity to deliver, if they deliver at all. They cannot be trusted, provide fake tracking details, and only seem interested in taking our money.
If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose it. This company is absolutely terrible. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Their website states they are UK-based with 48-hour delivery, but that's completely false. I ordered on December 4, 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. If I want to return it, I have to pay return shipping to the States. Please do not buy from them!
Placed an order on 05/12/2025.It is now 22/12/2025 and the item has still not arrived and having read the other reviews I doubt it is going to turn up. I have contacted them and they asked me to be patient!I thought I was ordering from Scotland which is obviously a lie on their part.I will be contacting my credit card company to instigate a charge back and if others do this we may be able to get them on fraud list so others won't be subjected to the same experience!Absolutely disgusted!
Do not buy!!!! They seem to be scammers, not received my order, tried for a refund and keep getting fobbed off!! Saying they can't issue a refund as the items have left the warehouse and would have to return them when (if)they arrive. Absolute shambles. They advertise on Facebook, also under different names so, check trustpilot first!!
Do not buy from this company. Their advertising and website are pure fiction. Their website states "made in Scotland" however the tracking information shows that the item is sent from the US and the package takes weeks to crawl through their shipping process and customs. When I contacted the company to cancel the order and get a refund as the item had been sold under false pretences, the replies are pure waffleUpfate, the item has eventually arrived after nearly 4 weeks and the quality is so poor, I have used better dish cloths! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Well what can I sayI order my jumper for Christmas on 6th December as said it was a uk company. It’s now 5th January and still not got itKept emailing customer services to be fobbed off with they have contacted courier to get them to ship quicker. WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN THATS FOR DURE
