Ultimately, I scheduled a visit with them last, favoring another setup by then. When the representative visited, I felt confident in my choice almost immediately. I had many questions, but she was patient, knowledgeable, and reassured me not only about the products but also about the company itself. None of the other representatives made as strong an impression as she did. To my surprise, my quote included a higher specification of solar panels, and they even offered a price match. I appreciate that the company is family-owned and manages everything in-house, without relying on subcontractors. Though I'm just starting my renewable energy journey, I am very pleased with my decision.
