I declined an alternative course in another city due to scheduling conflicts and was told I'd be updated with new Glasgow dates, but that never happened. After several requests for a refund, I was met with excuses, and now my emails are being ignored. This experience has been highly unprofessional, and I am reporting it to the relevant authorities.
Tattoo course - I advise against it! We paid a significant amount for what was advertised as an 'Intensive 10-Day Tattoo Course.' Unfortunately, it did not match the claims! Despite the promise of extensive experience, the company was only recently established, with a history of prior dissolutions. The tuition was very basic, insufficient for starting as a tattoo artist. The advertised certificates are misleading and not recognized qualifications. Students were left to practice on their own while the tutor was unresponsive. When I raised a complaint and requested a refund, my concerns were ignored. This experience has negatively impacted us financially and eroded our confidence. I have reported this situation to the relevant authorities.
