Extremely dissatisfied with the service due to non-delivery and overcharging.

I would rate them a zero if possible, as I never received my order and was overcharged. The amount charged to my credit card was higher than what was indicated on the invoice. While they did correct this after I reached out, the tracking showed the package entered the country (despite their claims of being a local company) and then sat for over a week. When I contacted them again, they promised to follow up, but there was still no progress. Upon reaching out once more, they claimed my local post office had returned the package, and now they couldn't retrieve it. Their only solution was for me to pay additional shipping costs for a product I never received! It seems they may have sent the package with over $10 in postage due, and because their tracking was inaccurate, I had no idea the package was from them. If you receive a notice from the post office for postage due, it’s likely from this seller. I strongly recommend avoiding business with them!

I wish I could rate them lower since my order never arrived. Initially, I was overcharged, with my credit card reflecting a higher amount than the invoice. After contacting them, they corrected it, but then the tracking indicated the package arrived in the country (not from a US-based company as claimed) and sat for over a week. When I followed up, they said they would check on it, but there was still no progress. I contacted them again, and they claimed my local post office returned the package, and now they couldn't retrieve it, leaving me to pay for shipping again and additional fees for a product I never received! They took my money, and I have no resolution that doesn’t require me to pay more. I suspect they might have sent the package with $10+ in postage due. Their tracking was incorrect, leaving me unaware that it was from them. If you order and get a notice for postage due, it’s probably them. I strongly advise against doing business with this company!

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money! This service is a scam. I ordered the advent book, and when it arrived, it was not as advertised. The books are merely folded paper held together by a staple. IT'S NOT WORTH THE COST.

Nothing received after waiting

This is nothing but a scam. I ordered the advent calendar with little books and waited a month and a half without receiving anything. Now they claim they couldn't deliver it to me, and I’m disabled, unable to work, and home all day. Nobody attempted to deliver it, and when I reached out to customer service, they said it wasn't their fault because they shipped it. To me, this is a scam; they took my money, and I have nothing to show for it. I will never order from this company again and will inform anyone who asks about my experience.

Disappointment with the advent books

I received my advent books, and I must say, what a letdown! They look cheap and like a knockoff. I can't believe this is what was sent to me. I tried to reach out to them but couldn't find a customer service number. I emailed them and only got a response about my delivery. The product doesn't match what was advertised. I can provide photos of what I received. Money is tight these days, especially for a gift for an elderly person who would have loved this.

Misleading product and extra charges

I bought two advent calendars that were supposed to feature tiny replicas of classic novels for hanging. What I received was nothing like the images on the website. Additionally, there were unexpected charges that weren't properly disclosed. When I sought a refund, they offered me only $7.00 for an order over $90! I complained to the payment service and am now waiting for a resolution. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Solar lights melted after charging

I ordered solar lights, and when I placed them in the sun to charge, the plastic bulbs melted. I contacted the company, and they replied, "I want to solve this for you, but I'm just a small customer service representative. Since the product is correct, I can't issue a refund or replacement. Please accept my apologies, and I will forward your concerns to the company leaders for improvement." This is going in the trash.

No stars. This company needs an investigation immediately. My purchase was made nearly two months ago, and the tracking information has been the longest I've ever experienced. Suddenly, they claimed my package was delivered, yet I never received anything.

Ordered a yard light but received nothing

I ordered a yard light on December 26 and never received it. The tracking indicated it shipped from another country and was delivered, but when I checked in person at the post office, they said it never arrived. I filed a claim with the payment service, but they sided with the company and denied my claim. They even provided fake tracking numbers. It's a scam, and I'm losing faith in the payment service.

Order placed but never received

I ordered their light on December 25, 2024. Their tracker said it shipped from Spain, and on January 24, 2025, they claimed it was delivered to my front door. It wasn't, as we have a service door for deliveries. They suggested I check with neighbors and the post office, but none of our carriers have seen it. I checked an all-service tracker, and nothing was found. I think I will contact my credit card company. Poor customer service; I wish I could give a zero.
