Misleading service

I phoned to ensure stock was available and ready to ship prior to making the online order and was told the items were in stock and ready to ship. I proceeded with payment and after 3 days I followed up to see if my items had shipped and was told they were not in stock. I requested a refund which was agreed to and was told it had been processed that day. One week later I have still not received the refund and upon contacting the company was told it has not yet been processed.
