Prompt diagnosis and outstanding service. The technician identified an issue with my dishwasher on Saturday, swiftly ordered a new water pump, and installed it by Tuesday. We were without our reliable dishwasher for just two days. I would certainly use the service again.

Service was excellent

Service was excellent. The technicians were very knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem with my dryer. They had to order a part and then a second part, but did not charge me any more than the original agreed-upon price. I would definitely use them again!

Insulted my wife did nothing and left - still got charged

Showed up to respond to a D90 code on our LG dryer. Technician told my wife to make sure she cleans the lint out - ran the dryer for 5 minutes then left - gave us an 85 dollar service fee. Low and behold - when we got an actually competent tech out from a different company - the vents were disconnected and blocked and had actual issues. Don't use them - they dont send certified techs, are rude, and overpriced. Save your money and get someone who can actually fix your problem.

i regret using this company

i regret using this company, I will give it zero stars if possible. They will change the time of your appointments with you and tell you A hour or two before they’re supposed to come they have no regard for the fact that they are scheduling time with other people schedules. When they can come, they come with minimal supplies they charge a diagnostic fee which is standard however, they charge a diagnostic fee and then bring no gear. We had a washer issue where it wasn’t draining. They came Almost late and since it was going to collide with my schedule, I asked to cancel and they said no they would still charge for diagnostic fee so I had them come rearrange my schedule to make sure they could come on the second appointment so I could be here in time and they did a diagnostic on my washer. They filled my washer and then left it filled with water saying they could not do the repair for another week. I asked him if they could help drain it and then they asked me to get supplies to help them drain it. They do not have any supplies they come in a normal car not a truck. My sister and I drained it. They saw no issue with leaving my washer filled with water for a week while they waited to get the part to fix it. They finally came today to fix it, and when they’re unplugging the drain the tech asked me hey do you have a floor towel? If they’re doing a service they shouldnt have left my washer full of water and had me drain it and they shouldn’t have needed me to provide supplies for them. They use your stuff without permission. They were using the stuff around the washer to suppor it so It wouldnt ruin the wall when they were moving it out without asking me if they were allowed to. I made a mistake of having them do the dialogistic go with another company. They think it’s OK to charge you even if they don’t show up they think it’s OK to leave a washer full of water in the house for a week until they can get the part and won’t drain it for you and they think it’s OK to use clients materials to fix issues. If we could fix it ourselves we won’t be calling them. The picture showed here is when they flooded my floor with water from when they pulled up a drain pump because they couldn’t get a floor towel and we’re asking to use my paper towels and my floor towels at my home. They should bring the supplies with them not ask the customer to provide these things. He also ran a test load, which is still running as I’m making this review and left before it finished so I’m not even sure if my washer is actually been fixed. But before they left, they insisted, Ipaid them this company legit only care about the money go with anyone else. After this, I’m legit gonna have to clear out that area and mop it to make sure there’s no water in the machine cause I’m not sure they did it properly. And I probably have to go hire someone else to fix it is a huge waste of time. If you do hire this company be prepared to have all the equipment they’re gonna need at your house so they could use it.

Unsatisfactory Repair

Dishwasher repair. Two visits so far. Both visits technician arrived super late. Second visit and the technician refused to test his work and now the dishwasher is still not drying properly. I have contacted the company with this complaint. We'll see.

Wrong Part! Waste of Time and Money

I hired them to fix a wine cooler. Their communication and customer service was good and professionally done. The technician, Gasham, showed up and diagnosed the problem as the thermostat. Said they had to order the part from France and it would be 5 days. Came back 5 days later, installed the part and said it was working fine. An hour later when the compressor still hadn't shut off, I had to manually turn off the unit. Called the company and they scheduled a recall appointment that day which did not happen. Gasham came back the next day and ordered another thermostat. Didn't work. Ordered a third. Didn't work. At this time I told him that 1 of 3 things was happening: It was not the thermostat, the thermostat was put in wrong or it was the wrong thermostat. I asked for my money back and am still waiting for the check. In the meantime, I hired another company who looked at it and knew it was the WRONG THERMOSTAT. Don't use them for wine coolers.

terrible experience

please do not use these people. i saw their high review rating on google and decided to hire them to repair my samsung front-loading washer. their technician came over and quoted me $373.46 to fix my washer. he said i had to pay half upfront and the other half after the repair was finished. he said he had to go get the part and would be back the next day.he comes to my house the next day but doesn't call or knock at my door. he waits outside looking over his equipment for about 15 minutes and then decides to drive away. i go outside to catch him and ask where he is going. he tells me he thought i wasn't home, so he was going to leave(and probably charge extra). i asked why he didn't call or even try knocking at my door. he just smiles, ignores my question, and says "ok i fix now?"he said it would take about 1 hour to fix everything. 2.5 hours later he says he is finished and said "may i use your restroom?" i of course said no problem and showed him where it was. when i went to check on him because he was taking so long, i noticed that he was using my restroom to clean his equipment. that to me seems pretty unprofessional. he made a huge mess and left.when i used my washer for the first time after the repair, it started shaking wildly during the spin cycle. it had never done this before. when i heard a few popping sounds, i turned it off immediately and saw that some plastic pieces had broken off from the inside. i called ultrafix to tell them about the issue. they sent over another technician the next day. i tell this technician what happened. he doesn't even open up my washer to check on the problem. he just looks at it from the outside and tells me that it is going to be a minimum $650+ to fix it. i told him i already paid $373.46 and that they need to fix my washer. he laughs and says "ok then you have to pay me $75 for just coming out here and i will leave." i ask him "you want me to pay almost 1000 dollars to repair my washer that is $700 brand new?" he laughs again and demands that i pay $75 for his time. i told him to leave my house and called ultrafix again. they kept telling me that they will call me back but they never did.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. felt like a scam.
