I recently worked with Jack Albert moving a unit. Right away Jack's extreme professionalism helped make the job easy, safe, and precise allowing pick up and delivery fit my ever changing schedule. He politely verified my dispatcher legitimately worked for me keeping the customers unit safe from today's auto criminals, stayed in contact perfectly but not overwhelming with unnecessary questions, and was genuinely concerned about making sure I was paid. Had issues with pricing and professionalism. Please read the contract before signing. These companies often lure you in with low pricing and once u sign give u a higher price. But if u are familiar with this then u will not be disappointed. Eventually we were able to get on the same page although I paid more than I wanted to. The vehicle was picked up and delivered without any issues. Scheduling and pricing were the most difficult part. Spoke with Scott Robinson.

I would definitely recommend this company. I was veryy skeptical at first but Harris Wilson (remember the name!) was such an amazing agent. He communicated with me the entire way through (multiple times even, if I didn't respond) and made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Only reason for 4 stars: be sure to take a look at the terms and conditions before you sign. They have a note that the price quoted is subject to driver approval meaning that the started price isn't the price until the driver confirms and he might not accept that low rate quoted (my quote was $835 but ended up being $1200 after they found a driver). There's also a $200 cancellation fee. But other than that the service was great and once that was all clarified I had no issues with the service and would def use again :)

Suddenly, they don’t have a driver, and the quoted price changes unless you 'increase' your budget?! I thought I signed a contract with an agreed-upon price?! Now they say it’s just an estimate, but backing out incurs a $200 cancellation fee! This is a total headache and poor business practice. I suspect all those positive reviews are fake—it's baffling how they remain operational with such tactics. My advice? Choose another option! EDIT: My experience shipping my car taught me a lot, and unfortunately, this service was the worst part. First off: many 'shipping companies' are merely brokers and not the actual haulers. The quoted price is often just an estimate, but they present it in a misleading manner buried in fine print. They fail to clearly state that your 'agreed price' can change after signing. Here’s my experience: I called and was told they had a driver for $475, with delivery expected in about three days. They sent a contract for that amount, a $100 deposit, and the rest to be paid in cash upon delivery. The estimated delivery time made sense due to potential delays, but it was never clearly stated that the price was also just an estimate. Once I signed and paid the deposit, everything shifted. Suddenly, they claimed they 'didn’t have a driver' and needed a higher budget because my quote was 'too low.' I was told it would be 'humble' to raise my budget to meet driver expectations. When I questioned the price change after signing, they insisted it was always an estimate and that driver availability and pricing fluctuate constantly—essentially the opposite of what I was told initially. Walking away isn’t easy either. Hidden in the contract is a $200 cancellation fee, and they quickly remind you of that if you start to push back. It genuinely feels like you're trapped, and they know it. I waited a few days, hoping a driver would accept something closer to the signed amount, but I had a deadline for delivery. We ended up paying $900 instead of $475. Even after that, once the driver picked up the car, he called asking for more money, claiming dispatch had provided incorrect details about the vehicle and route. To make matters worse, they even called me on delivery day, pressuring me to pay another $100 on my credit card and give the driver $800 cash. At that point, it felt like they were trying to extract money from both ends. I refused and stood firm on what I had already paid. Now, they’re harassing me to remove my review! The company has called multiple times and texted me to take it down, but I won’t respond or comply! The only positive note is that my car arrived intact with no damage. However, the stress, arguments, wasted time, and extra costs were unbelievable. I told the driver about their attempts to squeeze another $100 out of me, and he said it happens all the time and to leave negative reviews for them... I replied, 'Already done!' My advice: be extremely cautious. Don’t trust the initial quote. Make them provide written confirmation that the price is final and not an estimate. If they refuse, walk away.
