I joined Uncaged looking for accountability, but I didn't expect the brutal honesty to completely change how I operate.

In most communities, people tell you what you want to hear. In Uncaged, you get the truth. If your plan is weak, somebody will call it out and show you what you’re missing. It's not an attack; it’s refinement: critical feedback from men who actually execute in real life.

I’m a former IT guy who moved into entrepreneurship (systems, tech builds, MVPs). Having a brotherhood I can lean on for business and life decisions has saved me a ton of time and headaches. I’ve DM’d guys for advice, asked questions in the chat, and gotten perspectives that immediately changed my approach. Sometimes the value is the direct answer. Sometimes it’s just realizing, "Yep, you’re on the right track; keep going."

The relationships are legit, too. When guys get vulnerable, you stop dealing with fake personas and start connecting with real people. That’s when the accountability hits different.

If you want comfort, this isn’t for you. If you want a men’s accountability group that will push you to think, execute, and grow, Uncaged delivers.

Uncaged has helped me connect the dots in a way that actually produces results.
My #1 takeaway is the idea that everything bleeds into everything ... how you start your morning, your mindset, your habits, your discipline… it all shows up in your business, your finances, your relationships, and your health. And the difference with Uncaged is this: you’re not just getting motivation. You’re getting a system of thinking and execution.
Anytime someone has an issue, the conversation doesn’t stop at the surface. If it’s a money problem, it becomes: Where did it start? What decisions and habits led here? Uncaged pushes you to reverse engineer your day and your patterns, so you fix the cause instead of patching the symptom.
I’m also in long-term recovery (over 21 years sober), and a lot of what we talk about in Uncaged lines up with what I already know is true: your environment matters. If you spend time in the wrong places with the wrong influences, your results follow that direction. Uncaged is like a “barber shop” for discipline ... show up consistently, and eventually you get sharpened.

Game Changing Group for Men

Before Uncaged, I had this idea in my head that the guys who “make it” must have something I don’t...some hidden trick, talent, or advantage. Being inside Uncaged killed that myth fast. The men ahead of me aren’t superheroes. They’re not perfect. They’re just consistent. They do the work. That environment has been a game-changer for me. I’m an engineer by trade, a husband, and a father of two young boys. On the side, I’ve been growing an automotive detailing business for years. I’d been operating out of my garage, staying “safe,” and telling myself I’d make bigger moves later.Uncaged helped me build the one thing I was missing: confidence in myself. Not confidence in my skills...I already knew I was good at what I do...but confidence to actually take the next step. Since joining, I took the leap into a shop and started building something real. When you’re surrounded by men who keep their word, push through obstacles, and don’t make excuses, it rubs off on you in the best way.Another unexpected win: my relationship improved. As I focused on becoming a better man...more disciplined, more present...my marriage got stronger without it even being my “goal.” I caught myself being more open, more affectionate, and my wife’s happiness showed it.If you’re looking for a men’s accountability group that’s more than motivation...where execution is the standard...Uncaged is the real deal.

Uncaged has helped me personally, professionally, and physically!

Uncaged has helped me more than I expected ... not just in business, but in how I operate as a man day to day.The #1 biggest takeaway I’ve gotten so far came from Donald Doe: “How you do anything is how you do everything.” That phrase sounds simple, but it forces you to look in the mirror. The habits you avoid in one area are usually the same habits holding you back everywhere else.I’m Ryan Mason, and I own Elevated Ideas. I did car sales for about a decade, then on May 3rd (my birthday) I made the jump into full-time entrepreneurship. That transition is freedom, but it’s also dangerous if you don’t have structure ... because when nobody is making you show up, it’s easy to drift.Uncaged has been a huge support system for that. I’ve been able to reach out to people who’ve already been in my position, ask the questions I need to ask, and get honest answers. It’s not hustle culture for the sake of hustle ... it’s standards, purpose, and consistency. One of the practical things I’ve implemented is a daily checklist that keeps me grounded: gratitude, 3 critical tasks, business contacts tracked, checking CRM overdue tasks, reviewing calendar appointments, posting consistently, working out, minimum self-improvement time, tracking protein, and ending the day with one win + notes. That routine keeps me honest, and it keeps momentum moving even when motivation isn’t there.Another big lesson is identity. It’s easy to label yourself (“I’m anxious so I don’t do X,” “I have ADHD so I can’t do Y”) and accidentally build a cage around your own life. Uncaged has pushed me to challenge those labels and focus on what I can do, what I’m building, and why I’m building it.If you’re serious about becoming 1% better daily, building discipline, and surrounding yourself with men who will hold you to a higher standard, Uncaged is the real deal.

Growing up in life without a dad (he passed at the age of 27 ) there’s lots of things that happen that become a pivotal time in a Man’s life. Sometimes you seek knowledge , sometimes you seek compassion and understanding, sometimes you’re looking to get your teeth kicked in. Whatever that thing is you’re looking for and lacking I almost guarantee you can find in this group. The vulnerability and effort to truly help
You find your true purpose and passion is what I solely believe this group is founded on a reason it exist . I’ve gained new brothers and experienced a stronger connection to like minded men around the country and excited I’m able to grow and learn from them daily. I know this was long winded but I truly can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this and how many under estimate the power of a strong community as this. Hopefully you’ll give it a chance.

Uncaged has been one of the most…

Uncaged has been one of the most valuable communities I’ve been part of, and it’s not even close.I joined for the calls and the accountability, and those are great...but the biggest impact came from the in-person relationships. My wife and I went to the Couples Retreat and it took the connection level to a different place. You can’t replicate that in a group chat. After the retreat, people stayed supportive...messages, encouragement, real conversations. It’s a brotherhood (and for couples, it becomes a family atmosphere). One thing Uncaged really helped me with is communication and relationships. I got to sit in on relationship calls and it gave me real tools. For example: don’t bombard your spouse with a serious conversation when they aren’t prepared...especially when they’re “stuck” (like on a long car ride). That’s not fair, and it’s how emotions spike fast. Learning to set a time, set the tone, and come in calm has made a difference.Another concept I took from Uncaged is “open mouths get fed.” If you want to grow, you have to communicate. Ask the question. Say what’s going on. Don’t do silent treatment. Don’t make it an ego thing. That mindset has helped in my marriage, with employees, and even in business partnerships. We also talk a lot about emotional bandwidth...my wife and I call it the balloon analogy. You only have so many “balloons” in a day, and chaos pops them fast (especially with four kids). Uncaged helped me think more like a teammate: if my wife is overstimulated and running on fumes, I step in...take the kids to another room, give her space, send her out of the house for 30 minutes to reset. Small actions save the day.Uncaged doesn’t pretend life is perfect. It gives you tools, people, and support so you can handle real life better...while building more.

Uncaged has been huge for my growth

Uncaged has been huge for my growth, and my biggest takeaways come down to two things:1) The people around you matter. I’m from a small town in Wisconsin, and it’s easy to fall into a limited way of thinking...blaming circumstances, blaming other people, making excuses. Uncaged has put me around men who challenge how I think and how I operate. They don’t let you stay comfortable. Sometimes you won’t like the feedback in the moment, but you grow from it.2) Turning goals into numbers you can execute. Uncaged helped me take big goals and break them down into real actions. Instead of “I want more money” or “I want more clients,” it becomes:How many clients do I want this year? How many per month? How many calls per week? What do I need to do today? When it’s broken into daily tasks (like 3 calls today or 10 messages today), it’s way more believable and way easier to execute consistently.I’m a personal trainer (in-person + remote) and I’ve been doing it for 8 years. I’ve dealt with complacency, self-doubt, and that voice that tries to pull you back into old habits. Having a circle like Uncaged makes it easier to re-lock in, simplify the next steps, and start stacking wins again. If you want a men’s community that pushes ownership, discipline, and real execution...not just motivation...this is it.

I joined Uncaged for the brotherhood

I joined Uncaged for the brotherhood. As a veteran transitioning out of the Army and into entrepreneurship, I missed having a tight group around me...people who actually have your back.At first, I was skeptical. A group of guys who met online claiming “brotherhood”? Sounds like a lot of communities I’ve seen that are basically superficial networking and course-selling.But once I attended the Orlando retreat (December), it clicked. Within a couple hours it felt natural...like being back on the line with my soldiers. No ego, no flexing, no fake personas. Just real men talking, helping each other, and pushing each other to grow. The value is simple:You learn from other men’s mistakes so you don’t repeat them (saves time, money, and a lot of pain). You learn what actually made other men successful...because these aren’t internet talkers. These are men doing real numbers in real businesses. What also stands out is the culture. Nobody is in your inbox pitching a $10K course or pushing some “buy my thing” agenda. The mindset is: how do I pour value into the group? That creates an environment where you get more back than you put in...because everyone is showing up that way.Uncaged isn’t magic. It’s still “what you put in is what you get out.” But if you engage, build relationships, and show up...there’s not a better group out there.

If I had to sum up Uncaged in one word…

If I had to sum up Uncaged in one word from my personal experience, it would be: focus.I’m Mike Martinez ... 39, married 18 years, three kids. Originally from New York, lived in Houston for 11 years, and now I’m in North Carolina. I run an exterior wood staining business, and I’m transitioning into a videography business focused on turning in-person events into content/marketing assets. Before Uncaged, I was the definition of “shiny object syndrome.” I’d try something, make money, then realize it didn’t fulfill me… and I’d pivot again. Land deals, trading, different ventures ... it wasn’t that I couldn’t do it. It’s that I was chasing money like it would finally make me feel complete. It doesn’t. Money gives freedom, but it doesn’t automatically give you purpose. What Uncaged gave me was accountability plus clarity.Accountability: You put your goals out there, and you’ve got eyes on you. That “good pressure” keeps you from drifting.Clarity: The 30-Day Challenge, Whiteboard Scenario, and Ikigai work forced me to do something I wish I did years ago ... self-evaluation. Who am I? What do I actually want? What kind of life am I trying to build? That’s why this pivot feels different. I’m not chasing random opportunities anymore. I’m building something that I genuinely enjoy, something that uses my brain, keeps me engaged, and lets me impact people. I’m even looking at ways to tie it into churches/nonprofits because I know I’m most fulfilled when I’m serving. Also, Uncaged is real about what “success” is. It’s not just your bank account. It’s health, marriage, family, integrity, and consistency ... because none of the money matters if you’re dying inside, wrecking your relationships, or sacrificing your health. If you’re a man who knows you’ve been scattered and you’re ready to lock in, Uncaged is the kind of environment that makes excuses uncomfortable ... in the best way.
