I'm a huge fan of these shirts (by the way, how do I pronounce your name?). I can't stop buying them. It's great that they keep sending me discount codes and credits. They are made of soft, easy-to-wash cotton and are very comfortable. There are just so many fantastic designs to choose from!
As a previous customer who bought two shirts, I am appalled by their recent sale. They advertised 80% off site-wide, but upon clicking the link, it revealed that the discount was actually up to 70% on select items, with most only 10% or 20% off. This is blatant misinformation. I've lost all respect for this brand.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I reached out to see if I could return it for a different size. The representative I spoke with was incredibly kind. She checked the stock and, although my size wasn't available, she offered to customize it for me after I took my measurements. Her helpfulness and trust meant a lot. I really appreciate the assistance in getting me the right size!
