You might see my review from the month of sep, which was good as there service was, they will be behind you untill u book, when it comes to cashback they abscond.
I had a very frustrating experience while booking my accommodation through the service. I placed my trust in them, which resulted in a loss of £500. Their representatives assured me of a £400 cashback and a £100 referral bonus, instructing me not to submit any cashback form, claiming everything would be handled.
Later, I learned from the accommodation authorities that I was ineligible, and that the service had failed to register me correctly. When I attempted to contact the representatives for clarification, they completely stopped responding.
This might not seem significant to some, but as an international student, losing £500 is a substantial setback for me, impacting me both financially and emotionally. What’s more disheartening is that I was prompted to leave a 5-star review before this issue surfaced.
I’m sharing my experience to warn other students. Please be cautious, ensure everything is documented, and do not depend solely on verbal assurances.
