Review Time
Ongoing purchase in December 2020 still not resolved 17th February 2021. Unibos sent wrong product which also happens to be faulty. I informed them immediately. Unibos are being as obstructive as possible in not effecting a refund nor arranging the item's return.I now note that the Unibos Trustpilot rating is pretty appalling. I should have checked here, first.
Ordered an item from this company on Amazon Prime mid December - due for next day delivery. When it did not arrive I tracked shipment where it said it was delayed. Checking again between Christmas and New Year got the message that there was a delay but it should be delivered by 17 December 2020! I tried to phone the company but the landline did not connect and the mobile number went to voicemail. Sent an email and got a response that I should check around my sheds etc to see that the delivery person hadn’t left it there - despite me saying their update had been that it had not been shipped to me. Another two to three weeks and two emails and I eventually got a refund. I would never order anything from this company again and wish I had read the reviews on here prior to ordering in the first instance. Avoid at all costs
I dont recommend the company. I have placed an order at the start of November. I never got it delivered. The girl feom customer service kept asking me to wait few more days. I waited weeks. When i requested a refund i was told i would receive it within 3 days and i never did. Waste of time and money.
I ordered 3 wild bird feeders back in Aug from this company I was highly delighted with the 2 items that arrived but missing the 3rd After trying to phone them unsuccessfully and eventually managed to email them regarding the missing item and had no response off them ....I put a dispute in to pay pal and them escalated it to a claim...Having just had a response from PayPal claiming that the purchase is not covered by PayPal protection I have lost my monies So buyers BEWARE .....I will never ever use this company again No communication whatsoever ever off them during the last 2 months
Avoid " Uslessbos " at all costs as it will cost you instead for your troubles..!!!!Two items ordered...then I returned them and this is were the utter crap customer service came into it's own.Did not reply to emails that needed answering...phone number...noone ever answers it straight to voicemail everytime.This sham of a firm "Unibos " should be banned from trading online regardless of what site it is.They take your money but dont refund when goods are returned.Fair Trading Standards should investigate this useless firm and fine / ban them .Amazon had to foot the refunds for this crowd on both occasions but just making people aware to stay well clear.If I could give a minus rating it would still be too good for them.
I had my suspicions about Unibos before placing my order because the phone number on their website 01793 497717 doesn't work ("you have dialled an incorrect number") and Google throws up a mobile number (odd for a business) which went to voicemail (and my message wasn't replied to). I also read some lousy reviews. Despite all that, I ordered what I need (inflatables for a pool) as I would have buyer protection via PayPal and the prices were competitive. The inflatables arrived two days later and were exactly what I ordered. I can't fault that even if others (say they) have had bad experiences, even if Unibos needs to sort out its telephone channel(s).
Horrendous company DO NOT USE THEM. I ordered some goods through Amazon, incorrect and substandard items were delivered. They tried everything to give me a ‘special deal’, non of which were acceptable. They stopped responding and so I returned the goods keeping all receipts . Now 3 months later Amazon have refunded me. I’m not the only who has complained. If I could do zero stars I would.
