Do not use this company. They sell items they don't have in stock. When you cancel your order they just ignore you until they eventually get it and sent it anyway. No idea of consumer rights. Probably just a guy in his bed room drop shipping as no customer service.
Purchased through Amazon, same item in set of 6 several times. 7 of the orders were defective. Contacted company, who wanted photos of defect (fair enough), so sent them. Asked for replacement or refund. Firstly, offered 20% refund! Replied no, full refund or replacement. Next email offered 50% refund as no longer in stock. Who the hell barters on a faulty product refund?? Yes Unibos, I'm happy to donate 50% of my order cost to your company and keep faulty products! Again I refused and said I want a full refund or replacement. No response! Read these reviews, contacted Amazon, excellent customer care. They sent email to Unibos requesting full refund. They have 48 hours to respond, or Amazon will raise a claim and then refund themselves! For the record, I went on Amazon website and added this item to my basket again, so I'm assuming Unibos haven't advised Amazon of the out of stock status!!
Awful customer service. I ordered an item and received the wrong one. I accepted the mistake and requested a return and re-order of what I originally bought. A month later, it still hasn’t arrived and Lauren continues to ignore my request for higher management in order to make a formal complaint. It’s been over a month now and I’ve still no product nor refund. Shocking!
Purchased an item from them using Amazon, item arrived faulty and therefore could not be used. Sent the item back 2 months ago and still waiting on a refund to be processed. Had very minimal contact from their customer service team, constantly feel like you need to chase them to get any answers. Very poor service
I ordered a 12ft pool cover, but received a 10ft one.Unibos have attempted to avoid their legal responsibilities. They have "been in touch" over the issue, but do not want to acknowledge consumer rights to reject an item not fit for purpose, not do they want to acknowledge the right of a consumer to return an item within 14 days for no reason.I won't use them again and will be seeking a refund for my item through other channels.
Wrong item sent. No communication.Wrong item sent. They sent a £6.00 clarifier liquid instead of £22 worth of chlorine tablets x50 20g.Amazon dispute in place to get a refund as the seller refuses to send the correct item. Thieves hiding behind Amazon. All they keep saying is we will send you the correct item but don't. Not willing to provide tracking details or proof they have sent a replacement.Avoid, avoid, avoid. I'm surprised Amazon deal with these clowns with such negative reviews. The other thing, surprise surprise is when you try and leave a negative review on Amazon, Amazon won't put it up.
