STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I received a broken item, they promised to send a replacement, never arrived. Their customer number is a mobile number and their customer service answer their emails whenever they feel like (usually never).

badly damaged on two of…

Picnic table badly damaged on two of the corners and the table looks as though someone has sat on it.I have now got the problem of printing of labels returning and paying postage for the damaged item.This is apart from already having to provide photographic proof of the damageI will now have to keep my fingers crossed that i get a full refund.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Expected me to pay for returning an item that was damaged when I received it. How Amazon are allowing companies like this to trade with them is beyond me.I have lodged a complaint and needless to say, will not be dealing with this company ever again.

Ridiculous Company

I’ve never come across a more arrogant, unprofessional, deceitful company in my life. They sell cheap Chinese tat via Amazon and when it comes return/refund time they employ every trick in the book to not give you your money back. They’ve lied and they’ve ignored me. I firmly recommend anyone considering a purchase from them think long and hard. You’ll never find worse customer service.

Terrible company!

Terrible company!! If you buy anything from them , check it immediately.I bought a bird table through eBay, and when we finally got round to building it ( had just moved house) there were 2 parts missing . These parts were for the king stand, so paramount to its construction. I messaged the seller through eBay, and never got a reply. I then opened a case with eBay, but by this time I was passed my money back guarantee date .Unibos finally got back to me in 17 th July, offering a £4 refund, which I didn't accept, they have since refused a return , and because it's over the return date by eBay, they have closed the case.I believe they deliberately waited until my money back guarantee date had passed before replying to my query. I only wanted the missing pieces, I didn't even want to return the bird table, even though it's not the best quality, but now I am out of pocket and have an un- biuldable bird table.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CHARLITANS !

AVOID!

AVOID!! Do not get suckered by their cheap prices pay more and go else where.. its a shame I have to put one star because Unibos aren't worth that!! Ordered two trolleys via their website got confirmation emails, Great. A month later and a lot of emailing I still have no answers and no trolleys.. thankfully I paid with PayPal so sent over my evidence and they refunded me straight away.

Be very wary of Unibos

This is a plea to everybody thinking of buying anything from Unibos please don’t. I ordered as a gift a garden ornamental frog it arrived in a box with 2 big holes in & squashed on one side as the box wasn’t big enough for the itemIt was packed with two small polystyrene pieces, no bubble wrap or packing round the frog at all hence it’s one foot was completely brokenThen the games start with 40(yes40) emails between Unibos & Amazon, 8 tel calls to Amazon & a collection of 8 pictures sent 4 times to Unibos via Amazon as Unibos give you no email address & they don’t answer their callsThey offered 25% of my money back, not acceptable, then 50% back if I return the item as well also not acceptable Amazon stepped in & even though it was through their Market Place they gave me my money back plus £15 for all the trouble I had gone throughAmazon said to send the item back & then changed their mind which was too late it had already been collected by Courier, now I’m waiting for £9-80 postage to be credited to meAmazon please wake up & see the bad reviews for Unibos & stop them selling on your Market Place

Be wary avoid!!

Bought a set of TV tables. One was stained with mould. Requested to send back but was offered a 10% refund to keep which I declined. I was then offered 25% which I still declined and requested to return. They then offered 50% refund to keep rather than return which I accepted as I could purchase another table. The refund never arrived! I had to claim the part refund through PayPal. Awful experience and customer service!
