These reviews are just as fake as the tracking information that was given to me by Unice, inc. these folks been scamming for years, and for some reasons these fake posts keep attracting more and more people for them to scam!
I accidentally placed an order to a wrong address. After reaching out to UNice, I was able to get my order sent to the correct address! Thank you Lily for helping me & getting me through this process.
I had been trying to get answers about my delayed wigs for quite some time and reached out several times to another agent but didn’t receive a clear explanation. Thankfully, James stepped in and completely turned my experience around.
James took the time to thoroughly explain why my wigs were delayed and provided me with honest, detailed information. I truly appreciated his transparency and professionalism. He was patient, understanding, and made sure all of my concerns were fully addressed.

UNICE hair is a scam, trust me. I ordered an invisible lace kinky hair size 18 which has taken close to a month to be delivered even though they mentioned it was supposed to be delivered in 5-8 days. I reached out and they mentioned they will get back to me but I heard nothing. I reached out again and they’re telling me to top it up for 20 inches hair before they can deliver the wig, when I bought what I could afford. Upon requesting for a refund, they’ve suddenly gone silent and I don’t know how I’m getting my money back. Those people are fraudsters and I won’t recommend anyone buying from them if you care about your money. I wanted to submit evidence of my chat with them but I guess I can’t.
Unfortunately, you can’t even call them unless chat.

This seller was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I entered the wrong shipping address and they took care of the issue very efficiently. I would most certainly recommend just based off the customer service alone. Thank you 🫶🏾
I purchased a wig over 3 weeks ago and no one has provided any updates . After me having to reach out finally someone responded say something about a Chinese festival and it delayed. I do not trust this company! I’ve asked for my money back and they keep saying the order is delayed . At this point I believe they are fraud . I usually purchase my hair through WIG DEALER and they send my order within 2-3 days I revive it at my door ! I will never waste my time on Unice hair again . The marketing is all lies . Don’t buy !!!!
I ordered a wig from Unice and unfortunately was delivered late. I reached out to Unice support team, and was connected with Michael. Michael was very helpful, quick to respond, and very professional. I am satisfied with his assistance, and although my order was delayed.. I will be ordering from UNice again!
Lily was great I worried about my address not being updated in time for me to get my package. She ensured me that my address had been updated and I received my package today.
I bought a wig for my wedding in 2022 and the last time I wore it was last year . The hair quality is incredible to have lasted this long. Truly the best investment I've made in hair.
