Customer support unprofessional.Somehow accused me of putting referral link on paid ads. Apparently people signed up. However, all my credit removed. Never posted my referral anywhere. Only legit referral to friends and family. They just did that to remove my 50$ from credit that I acquired over a year and also suspended my account which they unsuspended later on. They had no proof or anything horrible company I don't care about referral just disable it on my account but don't go accusing false information with no proof. Phone support next to nothing.credit added then removed hilarious.issue not resolved.wasted my time with the calls to edit my review then you show your true colors. Just for that I have submitted more reviews on different sites keep it up.
I hit their Snooze button for September rather than cancel but these crooks still charged me and shipped product i cant afford nearly 200.00 dollars a month. Now i have to pay for shipping to return and cant make my CAR Payment !
I have been hearing about this for a while now so I thought I'll try it once to see, I placed one time order and now I am charged monthly for subscription, also when I called to speak to someone at the customer service about this issue and the person on the phone was not helpful and very rude and disconnected my call whist I was talking to him.This is a terrible product and I would like my money back. Also cancel subscription and I would appreciate if someone can contact me via email as this is extremely terrible customer service and very disappointed, is this how you treat your customers? I wish I never ordered it in the first place.
Not a good experience with the website like always don’t brother to reply costumer massage and e mails not a single time experience placed oder didn’t get account in review and no one wants to reply or resolved it’s look like no one is monitoring the costumers e mails and massage also account messed up once you put your bank details after your unicity account won’t open even you can’t change the password .
Order still never shipped. I emailed the email they have on shop app and of course no one replied back. Tried to dispute it on my cc but chase said business have 30 days to deliver so until then I have to wait it out for another week til I can dispute the charge.
I have been using the products for 8 months now. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with the big C and had a foot of my colon removed. You can imaging how hard it is to regulated your bowels after that. Not only has it help heal my gut my digestion is better than ever and I have dropped 35 pounds. My triglycerides dropped by half and I am not longer pre diabetic. I have spoken to their customer service several times and they are top notch too! If you have digestive issues I wouldn’t use any other product they just don’t compare.
The products whilst a little on the expensive side are much cheaper than addiction to take aways and unhealthy sugary foods. They do exactly what they claim to do. They have stabilised my long standing 40 year sugar cravings and enabled me to lose weight - about 4 pounds a week every week for the last 4 weeks.
