Believed I was purchasing from Sydney until I received an international fee. They stated sandals were Sierra and that handbag was leather. Clearly isn’t leather and my friend got the same bag from Temu for $8.00. Absolutely total deception. Don’t purchase from this company.
Lysiana Sydney despite looking like an Australian company is not. I was fooled even when checking to think it was but realised when I got charged an international fee that it is actually Lysianany which I then discovered had very bad reviews. Lysiana reviews have now changed on trust pilot to very bad as well. When product hadn't shipped in nearly a week they did respond to my email that it was being processed but referred to wrong name and wrong product. It then took nearly 4 weeks to get here from China. I bought the Sarah orthopaedic support sandals as similar to a pair I'd bought here ( another brand in a different colour) but when I received them they are not orthopaedic nor supportive, too big and uncomfortable plus faulty with twisted stitched straps on both shoes. They are very cheaply made. Length matched my usual size but you would need very big ankles and high instep to have the straps fit. I should have been warned by fact that you couldn't pay with PayPal but thought since in Australia minimal risk to use credit card. I have now emailed them for a refund based on being faulty and if not forthcoming will contact credit card company. Very dodgy seemingly credible marketing. Putting review to warn others.
I would give zero stars if I could. They present themselves as being in Sydney. They are not, the shoes were shipped from China. Their website says "We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange" yet when I requested a refund because the shoes do not fit and are not as described I am being given the run around. I have been told they have "escalated the matter to the production team" and then crickets.

I ordered shoes which took 3 weeks to arrive, despite the name Lysiana Sydney the shoes had to come from China which was not disclosed. Despite checking the size chart the shoes I ordered in my usual size were too small. I contacted them the day they arrived re returning & getting a refund & despite sending 3 chase up emails all I keep getting is a reply satying they have escalated the case & will soon let me know the steps I need to take. Two weeks later I havent yet been advised how to return the shoes. I am very disappointed with the bad customer service with this company & will never buy anything from them again.
DO NOT BUY from this seller. I purchased a pair of sandals for my wife for xmas and she requires support shoes for problems with her feet. I also checked sizing both on her current sandals and the web site. I thought the sandals were coming from Sydney Australia, they are not they are just another chinese manufacturer, pretending to be Australian. When they arrived first glance was that they seemed too small and very little in the way of support if any, my wife tried them and yes they were way to small and no support. I contacted the seller quickly and outlined the problems and got the AI generated response of send a video, which was not going to show anything as it was not a broken piece etc. I dont beleive anyone actually read my email which detailed the problems well. So I wrote back again asking them to read the email, got another templated response saying they would have to escalate this to management. I wrote back saying why??? It is an easy fix tell me how to send the items back and how we organise a refund? No response and further follow ups and no response. I beleive I checked their web site before ordering the sandals and it said that they do refunds, but if you go there now since my interaction it says they will not give you any refund. These are just another lot of Chinese scammers, I will report them to the ACCC and the Victorian Consumer Affairs Departmet. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS SELLER. John S. 😞😞😞
