Steer clear of this company at all costs. We have been trying to finalize a contract for over a year without success. There are no clear procedures for closing a contract after the account holder's passing, and they continue to charge us fees without addressing the issue.

Customer support is extremely poor

Customer support is extremely poor. They show no concern for your issues, simply deny everything and close the ticket. It took three attempts to secure a refund, and I had to stop payment at the bank. When they finally acknowledged the double payment, I was told they couldn't inform me when I would receive a refund, as it wasn't their responsibility. Terrible!

You pay the service monthly with no invoicing costs and only 1/2 euro (50 cents) for each day you use the telepay service to cover highway costs incurred.
