Awesome system with plenty of expansion abilities to monitor and protect your home depending on your end goal be it security or convenience. Really good technical support and prompt responses. Very versatile when app service is enabled.
We have been suffering from several false alarms because of this service.The most disturbing was the one that happened in the middle of the nightawakening not only us but the whole family of our daughter and I had to take the trouble in working with the panel to cancel the defect. the next morning.
No incentive for referrals. Was referred by my son. Sent a tech that seemed very inexperienced to a complex install. Had to call and escalate the situation to a manager to get someone out to site to fix the install and make the system function.
Initial consult and installation went great. However, after a couple days, the alarm system failed and we couldn't activate it. I called around 6pm on a Wednesday to report the problem and was told an after-hours tech would contact me but no one did. The next day, I called again and was told they could send someone out the following week. Unacceptable! They did end up sending a tech later that day and fixed everything up.
