After an initial bit of a mess around and let down from the Leicester store. We were apprehensive about the install of our bedrooms/landing/stairs carpet.
The whole experience was turned around by the young chap who came out to fit out carpets.
Charlie Sheard did an amazing job. He was polite, friendly, clean and tidy. Very knowledgeable and had an amazing eye for detail. The fitting of our carpets are 10/10.
He is a credit to the team. Well done.
Called in the store to pick a carpet for stairs (January), told it would have to be ordered and would take 2 weeks which was fine then I could have it fitted during my week off work (February). After 3 weeks I phoned the store to arrange a fitting day to be told the carpet had not arrived and didn't know when they could get it. Ended up having to choose a different carpet. Was told fitters would ring day before to let me know a time of arrival. No call. Phoned shop on the day, no answer. Fitters turned up in afternoon. Moaned about how there was no room to cut carpet,(stair carpet??), how it had been measured way too big, no respect for my house, spilt a coffee down my radiator and door and never apologised just asked for another, left bits of metal grippers on floor and left lots of cut offs in nearly every room to be told they were my problem now. Won't use again!!
The products are the one I needed and customer service was very good and fitter was very parfetional and friendly and did a great job, I will recommend to everyone, you have a great price and customer service. Thank you for your fantastic service
Outstanding experience from start to finish. I purchased wooden flooring from a local provider. The staff were very accommodating, not overly aggressive, and allowed me ample time to select and take samples home for consideration. I have previously engaged with this provider and have consistently had exceptional experiences. There is a wide variety of flooring available at great prices. I would definitely choose them again. The professionals who installed the flooring were both highly skilled and took pride in their work. They arrived promptly, got right to work, cleaned up afterward, and completely transformed my living room. I wholeheartedly recommend this service!
The team is exceptional and very welcoming. They consistently kept me informed. The flooring quality is remarkable. I'm a returning customer at this location. The installers were punctual and did an excellent job, leaving everything tidy. Overall, it has been yet another fantastic experience.
I want to express my gratitude to the young man at the shop in St. Helens for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly helpful and patient with my father on Tuesday. I truly appreciate his assistance in helping my elderly dad select a bedroom carpet, and the delivery was impressively swift as well.
It's crucial to be truthful. Remove any outdated or subpar carpets from the store or clearly inform your customers. You have most of the measurements on file, so there's no need to distort them for financial gain. For a room under eight square meters, you charged excessively. A representative came to measure, yet she still attempted to adjust the measurements for more money. She abruptly changed the tap measurement, claiming it was larger, thus requiring additional payment. The reception staff lacks trustworthiness and needs better customer service skills. How can there be charges if the measurements are unclear? Your reliability is in question.
Having previously purchased some lino for our two showered rooms, we were eager to return to the store to explore carpet options. We visited a few times to decide on the carpet and fitting for the upstairs, as we hadn't finalized our choice.
The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, showing great patience as we considered our options. Ultimately, we decided to have the same carpet throughout and chose their fitting service.
A representative came out to take measurements, and later that day, we scheduled the fitting date.
The installer did an outstanding job, and we are very pleased with the final result.
We will definitely return once we complete the refurbishment downstairs and are ready for additional flooring.
I was in dire need of a new mattress but kept putting off the visit. I'm so glad I finally went. It's fantastic—provides excellent support, incredibly comfortable, and easy to adjust for fitting sheets, which is essential given my weak shoulder. Thank you all! 😊
The service was fantastic and offered great flexibility with prices, resulting in an excellent deal. The carpet fitters did an amazing job, and the laminate fitter was impressive as well. The only suggestion I have is for them to inform customers that they might need to remove the doors and have them filed down to avoid them catching on the carpet. I felt this was an unexpected additional cost.
