The service does have good customer support. They effectively market your profile every day. However, the response to applications is still lacking. They should enhance the quality of applications (adjust resumes according to job descriptions) for better outcomes. I hope they can improve in that area.

I'm sharing my experience with United OPT: As soon as I paid the invoice, my banking card was hit with fraud attempts. The phone number that called me was identified as "scam likely." When I asked for the last name of the service representative, I was told that this information could not be shared. Of course, they also refused to refund my money. I wanted to alert others who are seeking a job and may be too naive to trust these situations.
