The laptop is excellent, but the setup process is quite challenging because of Microsoft, which can be frustrating! It would be better if the laptop was configured for Google initially, allowing customers to choose to install Microsoft later if they wish. I've owned two refurbished PCs, one Dell laptop, and a Dell desktop 7070, all of which were top-notch. My older brother also purchased a Mac, and he faced no issues.
This PC with Intel i5 9400f offers impressive speed. I did notice it has a budget SSD known for its lower cache performance and potential reliability issues, showing a 33% rating on CrystalDiskInfo. Nonetheless, the overall performance of the PC is fantastic.
