I'm really enjoying these products, especially the cleansing balm that is both rich and hydrating. The eye cream, face cream, and serum also feel wonderful; my skin is soft and well-moisturized. They have a subtle fragrance and come in attractive packaging. Excellent!
Finally, I’ve discovered a shampoo and conditioner that is free from harsh chemicals and works wonders on my perimenopausal hair! With my thick hair, I only need a grape-sized amount, applying it to very wet hair. My hair feels softer, there's less shedding, and I don’t need to wash it as frequently. Absolutely worth the investment.
My review is about the shampoo cream and conditioner, which arrived promptly, decently wrapped and come in glass jars (I ordered the spatulas but you can still use the product without them).
I love these products and haven't yet looked up whether I can subscribe to get refills, but would do that. My hair feels like it has been to a spa retreat after using these for the past couple of weeks - I always find it hard to get the balance of hydrated, soft, not weighed down and greasy, not static and flying everywhere. These work for me. I have 'kinky' (a little wavy) hair with some silver highlights sidling in, in case it helps to know - a fairly sensitive scalp and sensitive skin and can get greasy roots and very dry lengths/ends. This seems to have evened things out for me - my hair is easier to look after and actually looked 'nice' on an evening out!
I read other reviews and paid attention when they said that you only need a pea-sized amount which is true and I used to need to wash my hair every day, which was perpetuating the cycle of dryness and grease but I honestly can leave it a day in between and as the health improves may leave it longer.
I used an Upcycle product once about three years ago and knew their business ethics and clean products would bring me back but this shampoo and conditioner will make a loyal customer of me!
