Review Time
I have used Cocokind for years and loved it. Recently I made an order and the default address had changed. I immediatly tried to fix the address and couldn't. There was no way online to cancel the order or change it. There is no phone number to call. So I sent a message immediately. They didn't get back to me until the order was fulfilled. I still don't have my product and they won't do anything to help me. I'm very disappointed with them and will be finding someplace else that cares about their customers satisfaction. If they just tried I would have been fine.
It's great to see a beauty line not test on animals and be environmentally conscious. What really sets them apart too is their customer service. A few products didn't work out for me and I left a review as kind as I could despite the shortcomings. Unrequested the next day they refunded me and didn't ask me to take down my review or anything. It's good to see they care about their product and the customer even when things don't turn out as you hope.
I have been an avid fan of Cocokind since they started, I believe more that 5 years ago now! I have extremely sensitive and dry skin that has improved tenfold since using their products. Highly recommend the ceramide barrier serum and the texture smoothing cream.The company is committed to transparency, is skin-positive, and I just love the clean ingredients. They’ve recently added a very strong commitment to sustainability and included information about this directly on their packaging. I love that they don’t use virgin plastic materials and that they give clear instructions on how to recycle. To top this all off, their prices are extremely affordable, even as they’ve grown in popularity and scale.Highly recommend this female minority-owned company! I’m truly proud to be a long time customer.
I've used Cocokind for about 2 years and their oil to milk cleanser is a staple. It takes some trial and error like any skincare brand, but I really admire their transparency and their pricing is great, too. The convenience of purchasing at Whole Foods, Target, or online is ideal.
When they say oil to milk they are not kidding not even a little bit. When it comes out of the tube it looks and feels like petroleum jelly. Then you rub your hands together and start putting it on your face. The next thing you know you have this milk running off your face and hands. Remember when using this product at the bathroom sink, make sure you are directly over the sink. If not, you will have milk all over the floor. I took a star because I didn’t think it was a great cleanser.
