Refund issue after purchase

I purchased the lifetime version but couldn't recover a single video after needing to reinstall the operating system. A refund was denied because I reinstalled on the same drive. I had planned to use a backup drive for this situation.

Disappointing experience with the purchase

Not a free tool at all

The information claims it's a free tool, but after downloading, I discovered that the only free part was the download. The program now costs $69 monthly. This feels deceptive, especially when they offered a '60% discount' for a weekly subscription!
