I bought a lifetime license for around $30 years ago, and I have no regrets. It runs quickly and efficiently. Although it's not the most user-friendly, it handles a variety of tasks well. The customer support is excellent, and updates are free, making it easier to manage PDF and image files. Editing PDFs is straightforward, and rearranging or deleting pages is simple. You can also adjust file sizes according to your needs.
I purchased a perpetual license to avoid subscriptions, but every time I use the app, I have to log in and wait for a code via email. Sometimes it doesn’t arrive promptly, which is frustrating. Paying more for this license was supposed to offer freedom, but it feels restrictive.
I’ve been attempting to unsubscribe from their newsletter for months. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times with no success. Their responses indicate incompetence. I wouldn’t trust them with anything. This has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend them. I’ll leave this review until I can confirm a resolution.
