Great website and great product prices. I think shipping costs are very high, regardless of the amount of items purchased. I'll consider purchasing items less through your site because those prices are more than twice as much as other sites selling the same items.
Was refered to the store by a Facebook post. Asked a couple of questions via email and was impressed with the quick response and decided to purchase the helicopter. Was shipped quickly and received in good condition. Will continue to do business with in the future.
All my questions were answered. The person I talked with was extremely knowledable of the product sold to me and was very friendly on the phone with me - I will continue doing business with New England RC and have told other people and friends of mine about New England RC.
