This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a total scam once you use them once. They will continue to bill you no matter how many times you try and cancel. The representative I dealt with completely disappeared, and nobody responds to my calls, texts, or emails. AVOID this company. I had to cancel recurring payments with my card.
I cannot recommend these recruiters to anyone. BE CAUTIOUS about signing up; they will keep billing you even after you repeatedly ask to cancel. The candidates provided are subpar and do not meet the qualifications I specified. Despite numerous attempts to reach a real person, I always get redirected to an AI that offers no assistance. DO NOT ENROLL.

Overall, a good experience. It would be helpful to receive more information about candidates when interviews are scheduled, such as the position they are interviewing for and their contact number. Currently, we only get their name, email, and the interview outlet, which can become confusing with multiple requests. Additionally, including more questions on the request form would help narrow down the type of candidates we seek.
