I reached out to Uppbeat Customer Service after my 3 free downloadable Lut's were not showing in my Account. Their contact is as good as their website.

I'm still trying the website for a few months. My question for contact them was specific, looking for a long generic FAQ or being on a loop talking to a bot was not an option.I thought it could be brushed aside rather quickly like many contact e-mails often do, but it was answered fast, it was clear, and it was detailed.I am very pleased with their services.

Lovely support

I chose one year of Uppbeat as a gift to my friend. I wasn't sure how the subscription would be managed in that case and contacted their support. They explained everything to me in a very nice manner and did everything I needed to be done.

Good variety of effects and music

Good variety of effects and music. The price is a little high for the lesser plan, imo, set at approximately 20% higher than what seems to be fair market. Filter and navigation on the site needs some tweaking, again, imo. Overall, I like what they have to offer!
