I feel like I can see a difference with my skin so that’s exciting. They have the competition beat when it comes to bulbs. I’d give them a 5 star except for one small detail. I think the nose area could be improved. I feel like the nose flap presses down a bit on my nose. I’ve adjusted and it’s not major but there’s room for improvement with a future design.
I like that it came on time. I do not like how it looked like it came dirty. There was black lint pieces on the mask. Part of the mask attachments were not in place like it was thrown around in transport. Also there was no clear Instructions on how to use the head pieces in the manual. For how much I spent I am not impressed by the presentation.
I got this for the lady, and it’s proven its benefits already for only a week’s worth of use. Wife had perioral dermatitis and within only a few days she’s noticed its disappearance. Given she’s tried many remedy’s that did nothing. Impressed already. Would recommend
My husband & I have been using the Series 2 mask for a month now. I use it every other day, he uses it 2-3 times a week. Haven’t noticed too much change in my skin but I can in his. Usually he has a lot of redness & blemishes, it has helped a lot with this!
