I used a welcome discount for my first order, which was only $12 off a $100 item. After returning it, they informed me that I could only receive store credit due to the discount. This was not clearly stated during checkout and should have been flagged. It's disappointing that a small discount affects my eligibility for a refund. I’m still waiting for them to resolve this and issue a refund.
