Review Time
My subscription with Tre ended in January 2026. Approximately one year before the expiration date, I contacted their customer service and clearly informed them that I would switch to Telenor once my contract ended. I even asked if they could offer a better deal.
When January arrived, my subscription expired and my number was successfully transferred to Telenor. My Tre service was no longer active, and I did not use it at all.
However, in February, I received a new invoice from Tre. I contacted customer service and was told that I should have called again one month before the contract ended. This makes no sense, as I had already informed them in advance and the contract had officially expired.
Billing a customer for a service that was neither active nor used is highly concerning and unacceptable. I expect this issue to be corrected immediately.

I ordered Iphone 17 pro on 21st January and its 28th January today and i have not received my new phone yet. Postnord says that last entry to them was in 22nd January and they are not sure when it will arrive. I called Tre to ask status and tre said ”its on way” which is been a week. I tried to ask if they can give me more info then they put me in hold and after they comeback said same thing then i asked to cancel this order and order new phone hoping it would come in 1-2 days. The agent said he ordered and in order to cancel the current order he will forward me to the other department which deals with cancelling orders. Then i was on queue for approx 30 mins and once i got connected he said same thing ” on its way” then i asked same thing to cancel order he said he cant do that i told him about the other agent but he could not help me and said contact postnord. Then i agains asked he said he will contact via email.So in total i wasted 1 week waiting for my phone and still waiting and then wasted 1 hour and get not help no support no resolution.I am going pakistan and once i will be back i will cancel my 3 subscription. I have been using 3 for last three years.
I used Tre already many years for my two phones (including internet) and I was a happy customer. But my earnings went down, so I was searching for a cheaper firm. But hm.... It's always a risk to change phone company. I told Tre that I had to change firm. But then they offered me a very nice solution. So I am sure I will stay a very happy customer with Tre for many years! Thanks for the service.
I am very happy with 3 Sweden they are polite effective and competent when quiring their personnel on phone or in the Shop here in Borås. If I have had an issue that needs solving or any problems they always resolved them without fuss and promptly ..
