Review Time
I really like the toilet roll, however the delivery for my order has been shambolic! The toilet rolls arrived quite promptly, however I also ordered kitchen roll and toilet roll gel. I had to email to ask where the kitchen roll and gel were. To be fair to customer services, they have usually responded promptly within 24 hours, however not once have they apologised for the delay and my most recent email asking where the last of my delivery was has gone unanswered. The kitchen roll was out of stock originally but no one contacted me to let me know and I have now had to email to chase the rest of my order 3 times. As I said, no apology and no update. I am now 3 weeks later and still waiting for a third of my order which I have paid for! Such a shame as I like the toilet roll but with such unreliable delivery and lack of communication on deliveries I will be returning to my previous toilet roll subscription.

I'm also working on transitioning my adult son away from wipes!

The customer support is exceptional. We've been using the toilet rolls for a while and love how soft they are. We also started using the kitchen rolls! After trying a free trial of washing sheets, I had my doubts, but now I’m a complete convert, thrilled to find an eco-friendly alternative to my previous brand. The sheets leave clothes smelling wonderful and clean them effectively, even the dirty football kits!
