I've been waiting for weeks (almost 1.5 months) for an item that was clearly advertised as 'in stock' when I made the purchase, and it still shows as in stock on the website today. Despite this, my mirror has not arrived, and I've received no clear updates or confirmed delivery date, even after multiple follow-ups. The communication has been extremely lacking. To make matters worse, they offered £10 as a 'goodwill refund,' while the website already has a public £10 discount code available to everyone. Presenting a standard site-wide discount as compensation for such a long delay is misleading and unacceptable. This company is completely disorganized and lacks transparency with customers. I recommend avoiding purchasing mirrors from here. Items may be marked as in stock, but you might end up waiting for months with no answers. Stay away.
