Attempted to exchange an order. Ensured I requested the correct item and size. I was still sent the wrong item and size. I went into the store and attempted to exchange the item, they were unable to exchange the item due to the sale already passing. I returned the item.
These shoes are very stylish, very comfortable, and actually lives up to their name! Not waterproof but very water resistant like. I love these shoes and I have two pairs so far. A black pair for my work & a white pair for everyday style use. They are like walking in a cloud. My favorite shoes I’ve ever owned. So far, so great! (The vegan trainers)
