No customer service at all. Made an international call to UK, no response. Emailed customer service 2 weeks ago, no response. Requested a chat, no response. Why the hell you sell your products to the USA? There is not even a phone number to call, even there is one, you never call back your customers, you just don't care about your customers. Avoid buying from superdry, you will be super happy for doing so. You have been warned!I am now consider disputing my purchase with my credit card company. I am not paying for a defective jacket.
