I absolutely love these boots...I have had 3 pairs in the last 5 years and I swear I need a pair just to walk around the house in as slippers...these have got to be the best versatile foot wear I have ever had...I play my son in basketball in these and they feel awesome.
Zero customer service! Never got my order. Phone number not working. Chat button on website not working. Email no responding. No way to contact them for refund or replace shipment. Horrible experience! Don't ever buy from them!! And if you scroll through reviews. This happened to a lot of people.
I received my package today, it is different from the previous superdry package, it is a carton without any logo. After unpacking, I found that the original packaging bag was damaged. I also did not receive my order completely.Most of the product disappeared. I'm not sure if it was sent in two packages or lost in transit. But obviously, my package was repacked en route.And most of the items are missing. So far no one has contacted me to solve the problem.
I ordered a long jacket (!! It is drool worthy stylish and functional for the northwest), sweater, and a flannel. Everything arrived quickly and with minimum packaging, which I really appreciate. I bought the jacket for my daughter, and sweater/flannel for my husband but I was so impressed with the quality and style that I went back and ordered more clothing for my oldest, my son’s girlfriend, and myself. I appreciate the transparency on the website and recommended the site to my friends.
The worst customer service ever, no respect, not responsible & no response. I made a purchase on 12/14/2022 & I didn't receive it yet. I contacted superdry via chat & they didn't do anything then I contacted UPS and they said the package was lost!! They advised me to contact Superdry again, I did send 2 email but no response & I tried to chat with Superdry but no chat option appear anymore.
