My experience my terrible. I was sent a %10 off birthday coupon by Superdry. I made a purchase using that discount promo code and was later informed that my order had been canceled. I went and picked out another item and the promo said it was invalid because it was previously used. I contacted your customer service and was given a replaced promo code which still didn’t work at checkout. I was tried of the run around and bad customer service so I didn’t bother reaching back out.
