I ordered a few items online but I need to return some of them due to size difference. This was my first time online ordering superdry. The store staff at valley fair were very reluctant to handle the return because they are online orders. They told me they had a specific system to handle the online item return and their system was down. I asked when it can be fixed. They said it has been down for over a month and they suggested me to return them at the Livermore store, which is 40+ miles away...I can't believe at this internet age we have to have a specific system to handle online items in the store and that system is down for such a long time !!I don't think I will ever order any superdry products online and I wouldn't go back to the valley fair store again. There were 4 clerks plus one manager and none of them really wanted to fix things and help customer.
I bought the chore coat, I normally wear US size 8, this jacket is big, so I had do return and bought size 6, it still fit loose, but it is ok, the jacket is kind short, from the center neckline, only 23 inches, so be aware if you don’t like short jacket, the customer service is awesome, answer all my questions.
There is no clear size table on your website (or can't be easily found). I ended up buying the wrong size because in the web pages, besides the product photos you list "Model is wearing UK X", but the sizes listed in the size selection are in US sizes. Luckily the return process was extremely simple and ordering the right size was straightforward so was the shipping arriving earlier than expected.Please fix the size issues and publish a proper size table.
