Hi, this was my first time ordering from super dry. I ordered a pair of sneakers. When they arrived I was shocked to see that they had clearly been worn before. The soles weren’t worn heavily or anything but there were dust marks on the bottom of the shoe, the shoelaces were unkempt and overall the shoes showed clear signs that they were perhaps a return from a previous customer. I don’t mind receiving a pre worn or used pair of shoes and I am all for sustainability but I would’ve just like to have been warned that this could be a possibility, since I would otherwise expect a brand new pair. Luckily the shoes just needed a quick wipe down, they are comfortable and pictured otherwise exactly as advertised.
