Just an observation, but when I have returned items and have indicated the request to replace them, I usually get a refund instead of the replacement piece. I would prefer some update when this decision is made. Otherwise, I am just waiting for merchandise that never comes.
Such soft material. I am so happy I got this sweater (in the cream color). I sized up for a looser fit even though it's already oversized. I like that it is versatile enough that it can be worn on a cool summer night as well as in cold winter weather.
Almost perfect just one small nitpick would be the scrolling on the website whether on phone or computer as it whenever I scroll down it seems to stutter and jump making it a little difficult but not impossible to see all the clothing options
