While the materials are much better than other brand, it was disappointing to learn that the item I bought on sale was not eligible for return/exchange. Yet all the communication that I received from the company did not reflect this condition. I receive several emails and all the emails indicated free shipping and free returns. I got the free shipping. And when the L-size I purchased was tighter than other brand, I wanted to exchange.I suggest your marketers put yourself in the shoes of new customer trying out a new brand and receiving your emails. The emails are NOT accurate and misleading. Superdry Brand is not trustworthy unfortunately.
