Women collection is store could be better

The collection is amazing but I’d prefer to try the clothes before buying and on the stores the women’s options are quite limited. I’ve been unlucky that some models I bought have discount and I’m not able to return them when finding they are simply not for me and I end up with garments I’ll never use.

Free shipping-free return is scam

I was planning to return or replace my order with different color and the customer service said that the item that i’ve purchased is non-refundable. It’s very clear that the item is free shipping and free return. I will never order again. Thank you.
