I like their clothes but I ordered a sweatshirt as a gift for Christmas and it never shipped out, then days before Christmas I got an email saying the item was returned because it didn't fit, but I never received it. I was told there was some issue and they just cancelled the order or it got lost and I'd have to order it again..
I wanted to purchase a jacket and some other items from the King of Prussia store. The associates at the store were very friendly and helpful. I wanted to use a coupon I was awarded by Superdry when I registered at the Superdry site. The associate's at the store informed me that I could not use the coupon there and we had to use it on-line.This was a big inconvenience for me as I couldn't purchase the jacket I had picked out and tried on at the store and had to navigate the Superdry web site to order the same jacket (it took me three times to get the jacket ordered on-line due to issues with the web site). I was also going to purchase some other items at the store but I didn't because the coupon could not be applied there and I decided not to buy the additional items on-line.The policy makes no sense. You have a store with very helpful and willing associates and have the products that were available to try on and see in person. However, I could not purchase them because it would make no sense not to take advantage of the coupon being offered. I strongly recommend you change this policy.
