the UPS lost my $1000 superdry order and they notified superdry on the 17th. I have not even get an email from superdry yet. I did pay extra for 2 day shipping. it's been 15 days I only get one shirt from the whole order. it was a total 16 iteam order.
Hassle to place an order for a low inventory item, no order confirmation. Order was duplicated but no customer service to cancel instantly, servicing USA and working on Europe time just does not work! Even getting a virtual assistance puts you on a 27th place in line and useless help. Miserable shopping experience to say the least.
I order prior to the Christmas delivery deadline. Waited for it to be shipped from the warehouse. I got a tracking number and everything but tracking never left their warehouse. I waited a week to see if anything would change and it didn't. I reached out to customer service. They told me my package got lost and they had already refunded me. Checking my bank statements they didn't refund me. I wrote back and they did not help me. I'm angry they never sent my package out, didn't let me know package was lost, and they lied about refunding me. I will never reorder from the site again. It's a nightmare and they give excuses and then just ignore your replies
