a disaster, they informed me that the shipment had been a maximum of a week, and it's already been three, and I'm still waiting.When I make the claims, each time they answer me a different thing, now I'm trying to get a refund, and they don't want to do it until that the product does not reach its destination and is returned, but I have already returned to my country. If they had told me that they could not know what the shipping time would be, I would not have bought it. I never buy online at this company again
High quality products! This is my second jacket that I purchased on Superdry and I just love it. I received it earlier than expected and the jacket is just like the picture on the site. It fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. I’ll buy again!
Placed an order. Recd. Tracking information waiting on order. without any notice from Superdry the order was cancelled? Only reason i found out was by Klara (payment) refunded me the two payments I made already. On there statement it said order returned - items did not fit?? I never recd. the order no one contacted me from Superdry. Very disappointing!!
