I would like to see plus size women's Parker and coat's please l have to buy men's superdry everest Parker coat's because women's Parker coat's are too small. Other than that love my superdry everest Parker coat's keeps me very warm and dry.True CustomerDS
Brands images online are somewhat deceptive when it comes to the actual look of the garment. Regularly trims/collar linings on shirts aren't shown well in their heavily "lifestyle" focused product images making it really easy to get something you're not satisfied with. Rather than focusing on really stylized shots of models wearing the product I believe the brand could do a much better job of presenting accurate imagery of their product online.
People rave about this brand so I decided to try it out. I ordered a jacket online but went in store to see the sizes first. I tried everything from M-XXXL and found L was the best fit. The jacket arrived in L, but it felt like a S. I returned it but am nervous to order again bc I don't what the true fit will be like.
I like the quality of the SuperDry sweatshirts. My son loves the style. Using their website, however, is confusing. My son really wanted a particularly stylish sweatshirt, but apparently it was only being sold on the UK website and not the US website. It isn't clear at all that you are shopping any particular country page until you've already put things in your cart and are ready to check out. So we had to restart our online shopping at that point. Our order was shipped from the UK, so I don't understand why item availability was different based on where we live when the products come from the same place.The Superdry experience, both website and store (Cambridge, MA), seems to be one of making things a little more difficult to access to increase the desirability, like putting a velvet rope across the door. They put a sale sign out front, but you can't tell what is on sale in the store. Some of the clearance stickers are accurate, and others have another deeper discount that will ring up at the cash register. The lighting is SuperDifficult and insufficient, but it looks cool. The staff are wonderful and I very much appreciate how helpful and friendly they have been with us!Everything else is a little fussy with SuperDry, including the fact that the sweatshirts must air dry. But it isn't too fussy, we will continue shopping there!
