I placed my order on Tuesday, September 7, and the label wasn't even printed until Monday, September 13, and they sent me an email to expect delivery on Wednesday, September 15 which after finding out that this company was in England, I knew that would not happen. I was also charged international tax on top of US tax. I opened a chat session when it did not show up on the 15th and requested to cancel and get a refund but was told that they could not do that until a certain number of days passed even though I was told that it was still in the warehouse in England. I like dealing with honest companies that are straight up with their communication. There should be a warning on their website that international taxes apply. Nevertheless I will not do business with them again and will warn my friends.
The transaction was smooth-and fast, I put 3 stars bc navigate on their web was pretty bad, I added a product to the basket then I come back to check my previous views and the web delete my basket and so on! I had to write the products on the side, browse them on the search product and add them. And Then, when I got busy I stopped to browse the product and when I came back to the Basket was empty! And again..I did the purchase from my phone no PC
No matter how many times I order from you the sizes are always way off.The size guide is also very confusing- I am a US size small or sz6. You guide says I am a 14 in UK??? I have had to return 2 coats & when one return reached you there was not my size in stock. Everyone says this about your company on social media so I guess I was aware. I know my exact measurements & wish you had an accurate size guide for people in the USA.
I ordered a backpack that cost me around $65 USD for my son that is in high school. After a few hours using the backpack my son messaged me to let me know that the zipper has broken and I had to go in the middle of my day to drop him another backpack.Problem did not end there. I requested a return online and I was able to print a return label from home, however when I arrived to UPS they charged me to pack the item although the label said that they have to drop the item in a pouch bag but UPS did not have a bag that fit the backpack.As of today I still have not receive my money back and I ended paying for the packing of the item.Like you can imagine my rating will not be good at all.
