I usually would give Super Dry a 5 star review, but my recent order turned out to be a major disappointment. I recently ordered the City Hero Leather Racer Jacket online. When I received my order and opened it, I was left very disappointed. The jacket was ruined. Now I have to go through the trouble of having to return the item.In the past, the leather jackets I've ordered online and received, were packed properly in large shipping bag/packaging. The leather jacket I received was packaged in a much smaller shipping bag/packaging. Too small for the jacket to fit in properly.The outcome is the leather jacket is now so badly wrinkled, and creased that it looks terrible! Ruined to be exact! And this is the 2nd time it's happened. with the exact same jacket that I had ordered last year! Super Dry needs to train their employees in the shipping department how to properly package and ship items. Leather jackets to be exact. Train them to practice common sense.I'm now a little reluctant when it comes to ordering a leather jacket online.
