Mail ordered 4 items out of the 4 3 that arrived 1st - Was Filthy 2nd- Had iron mark on it and was damaged 3rd- had the electronic lock on the shirt and could not remove it How can anyone manage to screw up and mail order so much and send damaged items?
I received a pair of sport sweatpants as a gift, size 6 and I usually wear a 6 but they were too small. I went in to do an exchange at Woodbury commons in NY without a receipt. The exchange went smoothly and I also purchased the matching jacket. The associate was helpful and professional. Nice selection, I would have purchased more but had other priorities but I will return.
Let me start by saying “I love Superdry and has been wearing their apparel for almost 10 years now”. The online purchase went on smoothly and the delivery of my shirts came sooner than expected.However, I am not satisfied the quality and material of the T shirt i received. This is the very first time i have been dissatisfied with the quality. I normally would give 5 star rating to Superdry T shirts. This is a 2 star. 2 1/2 at best 👎🏽👎🏽
I ordered one bag and four T shirts from your system, finally it was out of stock, but I didn't receive the notification automatically.Secondly, when I received 4 T shirts, I found two of them have some yellow stains on the T shirts. I am from Macau, I can' return for replacement as the delivery fee is MOP66 for one way. If I return it is waste my time and I need pay round way delivery fee.I'm waiting for your handling of this matter.Could you please help to look at this matter and get back to me asap.
