I decided to purchase 2 medium size finale sale dresses because I received (the dress received was from Superdry) a medium dress of like style that fit perfectly. When the dresses arrived I tried them on only to find out they fit larger than the medium dress I currently have. When I contact customer service they told me that I purchased finale sale dresses that could not be returned. Being that I received a medium dress of like style I expected them to fit the same not larger. If the dress fits larger than the normal medium it should have stated so in the product details.I knew the dresses were finale sale before I purchased them however I did not know that they would fit larger than medium. I am not really happy how the situation was handled. Customer Service acted as though it was my fault or issue that the dresses were larger than what was expected. Great Customer Service is important to me as a consumer. With that being said, this situation could have been handled differently.
Superdry was always to go brand without givens second thought . But lately had very bad experience with the order , same t shirts but different color had different fit and when I raised the issue they said nothing can be done as it was final sale item . So I think we shouldn’t follow the websites size description before placing an order as they aren’t true .
